Golden Label crab

Txangurro a la donostiarra is an emblematic dish of Basque cuisine, created by Félix Ibarguren. It consists of cooked spider crab mixed with onion, leek, cognac, and tomato sauce, then baked until golden brown. It can be enjoyed in several restaurants in San Sebastián, with prices ranging from 20 to 40 euros per serving.
